Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which the last item was taken into possession.

of the decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). The attached model withdrawal form may be used for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), shall be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which notification of the withdrawal from this contract was received. The same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used for the reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will any fees be charged for this reimbursement.
Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received back, or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which notification of withdrawal from this contract was given. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by the consumer.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and the manufacture of which is determined by an individual choice or specification of the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs, nor to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
