1. Shipping Partner and Sustainability

Deliveries are made through DHL. A tracking code allows for real-time shipment status updates. Ma·Deli is committed to sustainable shipping and uses eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

2. Delivery Area and Costs

2.1 Shipping within Germany

  • Delivery is currently only possible within Germany.
  • Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and displayed before the order is completed.
  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and size of the order.

3. Delivery Times and Order Processing

  • The estimated delivery time is indicated for each product.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is received.
  • An email notification is sent once the order has been dispatched.

4. Partial Deliveries

If ordered products are not fully available, partial deliveries may occur where reasonable. In this case, only the products actually delivered will be charged.

5. Product Unavailability

If a product is unavailable, customers will be notified. Any payments made for unavailable products will be refunded promptly.

6. Delivery Acceptance

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure delivery can be accepted. Additional costs may be incurred if delivery is not possible due to absence.
