§1 Scope and Provider
(1) These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the online shop https://madelifood.com.

§2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) The ordering process includes the following steps: a) Selection of the desired products b) Adding to the shopping cart c) Entering delivery and payment information d) Review and confirmation of the order and Terms of Service e) Completing the order by clicking "Buy now"
(3) After receipt of the order, an automatic order confirmation is sent by email. The purchase contract comes into effect upon dispatch of the order confirmation.
§3 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices include statutory value-added tax.
(2) Additional shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.
§4 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:

§5 Delivery
(1) Delivery is made exclusively within Germany and via DHL.
(2) The estimated delivery time is indicated for each product.

The delivered goods remain the property of Ma·Deli GmbH until full payment has been received.

Statutory warranty rights apply.
§9 Data Protection
Information on data protection can be found in the separate Privacy Policy.
§10 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. There is no obligation and no willingness to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§11 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
